                                        SSR Justice Party

• Culture -Will re-establish the glory of India by promotion of Vedic  
• Social Justice -Will eradicate poverty and inequality and give equal opportunity and facility to all sections of society to perceive their interests in academics and profession based on Varna and not Caste.
• Education-Will ensure free education to all students and ample scope for higher education to all deserving students without restriction of any kind .Skill based education as per aptitude to ensure immediate employability as well as contentment . There will be equal stress on physical education including martial arts and sports .
• Housing –Will ensure housing facilities to all legal citizens of India including migrants workers. Special care to provide good housing for Police , Muncipal and Government employees so that the principal motivation for corruption in extinguished . Housing To end the problem of housing  Singapore model will be followed. Government will build houses on free or slum land and rent out at low cost as per LIG,MIG & HIG . Then flats will remain Government property and will be rented to the needy persons .
• Go Raksha – Will outlaw Cow and Bull slaughter completely and will make organic farming with cow dung and tilling with Bull feasible instead of chemical fertilizers and tractors.Will come out with special laws to give more power and legal protection to Gorakshaks in combating illegal cow slaughter .
• Gurukuls – Will establish Gurukuls and allow temples to fund Gurukuls with  money received as donation.
• Conversion – Regarding conversion of any religion the would be converter will have to pass an exam both written and viva regarding both the religion he wishes to leave and the one he wishes to follow . He has to get atleast 50% marks in both to qualify to convert . Exams will be held every year by University with different paper settings.For those wanting to come back to the original Sanatan Dharma there will no exam.
• R & D in Vedic Technology -Will promote Research and development in Vedic Science especially  Dhanur Veda to redevelop Indigenous  Missile Technology.
• Curbing Brain Drain – All efforts would be made to give first class infrastructure for R&D in technology with high pay packages to end brain drain .

 Simultaneously students wanting to go abroad after learning in premier Institutes of India will have to sign bond to serve in India for atleast 5 Years.

• Doctors Protection –Doctors and Medical staff will be protected in the hospital and any attack on Doctor will be treated under T.A.D.A laws.
• Boost to Ayush – Ayush disciplines including Acupuncture, Ayurveda, Homeopathy , Yoga , Naturopathy etc will be treated on par with Allopathy with respective departments in all Government Hospitals and will be covered by Insurance.
• Legal Justice – Regarding the maxim Justice Delayed is Justice Denied , the SSR Justice Party will bring about revolutionary changes in the Justice system of the country through following measures.
• Courts will function 24/7 365 days a year .
• Many new courts will be created and vacancies in all existing courts will be filled up.
• Only 3 hearing per case will be permitted and verdict will be given on the 3^rd hearing itself.
• Rapist will have to choose between life imprisonment or Castration & Peadophiles will be given death penalty. All anti perversion laws will be brought back. Adultery will not be gender specific and will be incur 5 years rigorous imprisonment .
• All courts will be covered by CCTV and will be live on website. Any Judge found wilfully or negligently giving wrongful judgements will be penalised . All Judges have to submit yearly reports of assets and this will be evaluated with their yearly earnings through salary and their sources of income.
• The ban on lawyers having other sources of income will be removed.
• Court fees for BPL will be waived off.
• Outdated laws will be reframed and penalties brought up to date with times.
• Restoration of Ancient Temples -All important places of worship which had been destroyed or usurped by previous rulers will be restored to Hindus.
• Social Equality -All the extra privileges given to any clan , caste or community will be abolished and equality will be the only principle of Social Justice.
• Social Security -The income tax will be linked to Life Insurances , Social Security and Medical Insurances . Those paying higher income tax will receive higher packages of Life Insurance and Medical Insurance and higher package of solid security.  Not withstanding  the fact that social security and Medical insurance for all citizens will be adequate to meet the requirements of decent living and treatment
• Medical Facility Upgradation -Massive upgrade of Government Hospitals and Municipal Hospitals will be carried out and these will be at par with best of Private Hospitals.
• Vedic Education in Schools – Government Schools for Day Scholars and Gurukuls for Resident Scholars will be teaching both Modern Curriculum as well as Vedic Shastras. Articles 28 and article 30 of  the Constitution will be amended .
• Customised Education -Schools and Gurukuls will be equipped to do aptitude testing of students to determine their Varna and Education will be given as per the Varna.
• Free Education -As education will be free for all there will be no justification to continue the reservation system which will be abolished.
• Production -Swadeshi will be the motto for production.Economy will follow true principle of socialism where essential services like electricity , trains ,water supply will be controlled by the govt but all other goods will be produced by the citizens.The govt will make it easy for small ,medium and large industries to flourish .
• Environment – All rivers , lakes , ponds will be protected against reclaim. Deconcretisation will be encouraged to help replenish ground water . Maximum open mud play grounds as well as gochar bhumis will be created to allow maximum seepage of rain water into the ground and avoid the wastage caused by its free flow into sea through storm drains .Forests will be fully protected and persons who take care of the environment will be allowed to dwell in them .It will be compulsory to plant trees on both sides of the road at 6 to 10 feet interval  and leave  ample space for its roots to absorb water.
• Food – Promotion of vegetarianism and making satwic food available at all places .
• Land Aquisition- All land illegally grabbed and donated by invaders will be brought back into the country’s property for use in welfare purpose .
• Roads – roads will be pothole free as erring contractors will be forced to repair and maintain free of charge for 5 yrs after they build it .

These are the 24 main  points in the  Manifesto of SSR Justice Party on which it will contest the 2024 national elections .
